Convenient

Great quality of the breakfast products, despite not too many options, the ones available were very good ones. Room and toilet very clean.

The reception was close at the time of my arrival (23:00), no one of the hotel advised me about that; despite that, after a call to the number indicated on the main gate, all sorted and access granted.

Very Good

Room was warm and spacious. Bathroom was clean and bright. Large bed with nice set of pillows. Nice view of the sunset and mountains.

External noise during the whole night, as if some engine was working non-stop. Generator? Industrial complex across the road? We'll never know... Check-in starts from 15:00, so if you'll come by train you'll have to spend some hours somewhere.

Wonderful

Spa access and location were spectacular

We’ve paid extra for breakfast and they’ve told us it was until 10:30, we went down by 09:30 and everything was almost finished, when we asked to staff to renew the food they said no, so we had 2 croissants and two coffees for 20€.

Nice cosy hotel with warm welcome and friendly staff. The rooms are nice and clean.

Excellent hotel - well equipped, good location and very reasonably priced.

Excellent hotel, although some of the staff were a little 'pre-occupied' and the breakfast facilities (especially coffee dispenser) not entirely obvious, although other guests were pleased to assist.

Some of the morning staff were less than helpful. Parking was somewhat random.

Nice hotel, great location if you are catching a train.

Great location as we had to get train at 7am, so couldn’t have been located closer : ) Person at the reception desk was helpful & friendly. Room was large enough, nice & clean, beds comfy, had a good night sleep.

Unfortunately breakfast not available as we were leaving too early. Also didn’t realise there were no tea/coffee making facilities available in the rooms so we asked if we could go to the breakfast room to get some hot water in the morning for a cuppa before we left (luckily we had our own bags & milk). They allowed us too which was kind but not brilliantly convenient, would have been better to have a kettle and crockery in the room. Also gym and hot tub closed, would have been nice to have a dip.

Nice place to stay with a generous breakfast

Nice check-in, friendly, comfortable bed, super location not next, but actually in the train station. That means zero time between arriving and checking in and vice versa. Very generous, very generous breakfast.

The rooms with the industrial look and stark black and white color scheme must fit your taste. That is all part of being a former railway building. Sometimes there are buses stopping in front with their motor running.

Would stay again and would love to return to Puigcerda!

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff and good location. We took train and hotel is right at stop. It is a walk up hill to town center. Very quiet even though at train station. Our room faced train tracks. Never disturbed. Heard one train horn in morning, but not that woke us up. Good breakfast with a good variety of items (need to pay for it). Breakfast is worth it, as otherwise, basically limited choices in town for breakfast. Such a cute town!

Chair in room missing seat cushion. Used sofa bed - very uncomfortable.

Nice stay in the train station hotel

Location, spa area is what I have valued the most. Breakfast was good, local products were very tasty, however, tortilla and small frankfurt sausages could be much better.

Some small details in the bathroom - toilet was not completely attached to the floor, and every time we used it it moved. The drawer where the hair dryer was didn't close properly. No major issue though.

Wonderful

A great place to stay. Not noisy despite being in the railway station building (there are only about 6 trains a day to Puigcerda). Great decor. Good lounge with tea and coffee for guests - very civilized. Great breakfast.

It's not in the town center which is up the hill so its a bit of a walk to the shops etc.

A good base to travel on the little yellow train.

The breakfast. The jacuzzi. The friendly helpful staff.

The black painted angle iron roof trusses in the breakfast room and jacuzzi area. They should be brightly painted.
